TimeDoco stores all data strictly within your web browser's local IndexedDB database. Because there is no centralized server or cloud account backup, clearing browser cache or site data, using private browsing sessions, resetting device storage, or updating browser profiles can result in data loss.
You are solely responsible for exporting regular JSON backups using the built-in backup and restore controls in the Settings menu to safeguard your data.
Calculations performed by TimeDoco — including tax rates (inclusive or exclusive), hourly billable totals, currency conversions, and PDF reports — are provided solely for general informational and productivity purposes.
TimeDoco does not offer professional tax, legal, or accounting advice. Users must independently verify all totals, tax compliance figures, and client invoices prior to issuing invoices or submitting tax filings.
TimeDoco is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, TimeDoco, its authors, and maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the software.
